摘 要:文章在成都铁路枢纽环线承担城市交通功能的优势和劣势分析基础上,借鉴国内外铁路环线服务城市交通的经验,针对枢纽环线为位于城市中心的双线铁路,提出铁路与城市"共有、共享、共融"的发展理念和"公交化、平民化"的建设、运营理念,通过环线增设简易车站、调整环线运输组织,实现成都铁路枢纽环线服务城市交通的功能。Based on the analysis of the superiority and weakness of the urban transport function of Chengdu railway ring line, a double track line across the city center, and by drawing experience of railway ring line service from both home and abroad, this paper initiates concepts of "possessed by all, shared by all and participated by all" as well as "focu- sing on public and ordinary " for the urban railway development and operation. By adding simple stations, adjusting traffic organizations, the urban transport service function will be better tapped, which may also have guiding significance for the similar projects.
