摘　　要：采用文献法、调查法、数理统计法,对齐齐哈尔市高校教师参与体育锻炼状况进行调查与分析,结果显示高校教师参加体育锻炼的目的比较明确,影响锻炼系统化的因素各有不同,时间和兴趣是影响教师参与体育锻炼的主要因素,针对存在的问题,提出了改善高校教师体育锻炼状况的意见及对策。The article was wrote by document-skill,investigation-skill and statistic-skill.It investigate the sports exercise which the university teachers participated in Qiqihar.The results showed that the common purpose of university teachers participated in sports exercise is clear.And the factors of exercise of influence are different.Time and interest are the major factors of influencing teachers to participate in sports exercise.The article deal with the problems,propose to improve the status of university teachers of physical exercise advice and countermeasures.
