摘　　要：介绍了Φ160不锈钢管穿孔机组固溶设备的设计过程,该设备可以使不锈钢管在高温下快速冷却,减少Cr在各处含量上的差异,可提高不锈钢管的强度和韧性,使不锈钢管的抗腐蚀性能加强,塑性好。The design of solid solution device of Φ160 stainless steel pipe piercer group was introduced.The device enables stainless steel pipes to cool down quickly,decreasing the difference of the thickness of Cr,improving the strength and flexibility of stainless pipes,strenthening their anti-causticity and plasticity.
