干旱和半干旱牧区草地生态足迹研究——以内蒙古正蓝旗为例

摘　　要：该文应用生态足迹法和"3S"技术等实地调研方法,开展乡(苏木)尺度生态足迹时空变化的定量研究,通过调整通用产量因子,弥补了固定转换因子本身的不足,提高了生态足迹模型的区域适合度,并在此基础上计算分析了2000—2007年内蒙古正蓝旗牧区草地生态足迹、生态承载力以及生态赤字的动态变化.结果表明:正蓝旗各地区草地生态足迹远远超过了生态承载力水平,研究区处于一种消耗高、效益低、以损失自然生态为代价的不可持续发展状态.This paper is combining the technique of ＂3S＂ and the field research,applying the EF theory,setting a township as a unit,this paper is carrying out a research on the temporal and spatial change of the ecology footprint.Then adjusted the current yield factor to make up the weak point to promote the model＇s suitability to the study area-the typical grassland of Zheng Lan Banner.On that basis,this paper calculates and analyzes the ecology footprint,ecological capacity,and the deficit of the Ecological Footprint during 2000—2007 in the study area.The results show that grassland ecological footprint of each area in Zheng Lan Banner exceeds the level of ecological carrying capacity.That means the utilization degree of local resources and the development model has become a threat to the implementation of sustainable development strategy in study area.So the local government should take more effective measures to promote the harmonious development between grassland ecological environment and social economy.
