摘  要:以籼型杂交水稻汕优63、2优838和西农优10为试验材料,利用光合速率日变化的积累量,研究了遮阴水稻转入自然强光后的光抑制和恢复.结果表明:转入自然强光后的当天和第4天,积累量都低于CK,说明有光抑制甚至有光破坏的存在;随着对强光的适应,光保护机制增强,光抑制逐渐减轻,但这种恢复能力不同基因型间有明显的差异,汕优63的恢复能力明显低于其余2个品种.该文还对光抑制的原因、种类和恢复条件进行了讨论.The photoinhibition and restoration course of shaded rice leaves that exposed to nature sunlight were investigated by measuring accumulation of diurnal changes of photosynthetic rate(ADPn),with the hybrid rice Shanyou 63,2you 838 and Xinong you10.The result showed that the ADPn of the shaded rice leaves with different treatment(no restoration course and three days′restoration course) were all lower than CK,the decline of ADPn might caused by photoinhibition or even the damage of PSⅡ reaction center.As to adapt nature sunlight and increase the protective mechanisms,the photoinhibition was relieved gradually and the recovery ability was obviously different between different genotype,and it is found that the recovery ability of Shanyou 63 is obviously lower than the other two.At last,we discussed the reasons,the types and the recovery conditions of photoinhibition were discussed.
