摘  要:采用RT-HPLC法,以KINETEX-C18为色谱柱(4.6mm×100mm,2.6μm)、水—四氢呋喃—磷酸(体积比为80∶10∶0.2)和乙腈为流动相,流速0.7mL/min,柱温30℃,检测波长275nm,建立了柳叶红茎黄芩的根、茎、叶中黄芩苷、汉黄芩苷、黄芩素和汉黄芩素质量浓度的RP-HPLC测定方法.结果表明:4种活性成分总量由多到少依次为根、茎、叶,其中汉黄芩苷的质量浓度比其它三种的高.表明实验方法操作简便、快捷、重现性好、准确率高,可用于评价该药材的药用价值.Analysis was performed on a KINETEX-C18 column(4.6 mm×100 mm,2.6 μm) with methanol and H2O—H3PO4—THF(Volume ratio is 80∶10∶0.2) as the mobile phases in a gradient elution,the column temperature was set as 30 ℃ and a flow rate was 0.7 mL/min with a detection wavelength of 275 nm.The aim was to establish the determination method of Baicalein,Wogonoside,Daicalein and Wogonin in the root,stem and leaf of Scutellaria yunnanensis var.salicifolia by RT-HPLC.The result showed that the mass concentrations of the four active ingredients was bigger in root than in stem and leaf,was bigger in stem than in leaf.The wogonoside has the biggest concentration.It is concluded that the method was simple,accurate and can be used to evaluate medicinal value of S.yunnanensis var.salicifolia.
