摘 要:介绍菲律宾北吕宋铁路工程概况,国际项目的设计流程及特点,重点介绍设计前期窄轨铁路线路平面、纵断面主要设计标准的确定及对设计标准的应用分析,最后结合项目设计澄清过程中的经验教训提出了一些建议。从欠超高、最大超高、最大过超高几个参数的选择入手,根据本项目的设计行车速度,计算出最小平面圆曲线半径标准;从工务养护维修及检测方面并参照我国标准轨距铁路线路标准,确定最大曲线半径标准;从超高时变率、欠超高时变率、超高顺坡率几个参数的选取原则入手,计算出对应不同曲线半径的缓和曲线长度。This paper introduces the general situation of the North Luzon railway project of Philippines,the characteristics and design process of international projects,and specially the determination of main design standards of alignment and profile of narrow-gauge railway,and the application analysis of the technical standards,with some suggestions put forward based on the experience of design and clarification process.Considering the selection of parameters including deficient superelevation,the maximum superelevation and the maximum excess elevation,the minimum radius of alignment was calculated according to the design speed.The maximum radius of curve was determined based on normal-gauge railway standards of China and track maintenance and inspection.Based on the selection principles of superelevation time-varying ratio,deficient superelevation time-varying ratio and the ratio of superelevention slope,transition lengths corresponding to different curve radii were calculated.
