长轨条铺轨机组及其施工工艺研究

摘　　要：为了满足更高的铁路行车速度、轨道平顺性等要求,研制了具有独立知识产权的铺设既有线路、新线轨枕和长钢轨的大型专用设备铺轨机组,对其总体构造和施工工艺进行了研究。通过试验及实践表明,该铺轨机组简洁实用,性能良好,运行状态稳定,完全满足使用要求。In order to meet many requirements such as higher train speed and track smoothness,track-laying machine group for large-scale special purposes has been developed to lay down the sleepers of the existing and new railway lines and long rails.It possesses propriatory intellectual property rights.Its overall structure and construction technology were studied.As indicated by experiment and practice that the track-laying machine group is simple and practical,its performance is good and its running status is stable,so it satisfies the operation requirements completely.
