摘　　要：我国客运专线铁路建设中大量采用了简支箱梁结构,简支箱梁的制造大多采用现场预制的生产方式,为保证整孔箱梁质量提供了有利条件。整孔箱梁为大体积混凝土构件,施工中有很多控制环节和细节问题需要加以注意,同时箱梁接口设计的实现直接影响到高速铁路系统工程质量。针对简支箱梁施工中应注意的关键问题和常见问题加以分析,以指导制梁场在箱梁施工中制定有效的工艺措施,保证工程质量。Simply-supported box beam structure has been widely used in the construction of passenger dedicated railway lines in China.Simply-supported box beams are prefabricated widely on construction site which offers a favorable condition for the quality of full span box beams.Full span box girder is an element of large volume concrete,there are many control links and detail problems to be noticed,and the joint design of box beams has direct influence on the project quality of high-speed railway system.This paper analyzes key and common problems of the construction of simply-supported box beams,in order to give guidance for prefabricated beam plants to take effective technical measures for the fabrication of box beams to ensure engineering quality.
