摘　　要：为了解决目前国内生产的隧道防水板铺设机电气系统所采用的传统继电器控制方式稳定性较差、易于发生故障以及控制操作不灵活的现状,本文提出采用PLC以及遥控进行控制的方法。详细介绍新型防水板铺设机的机械结构、电气硬件及软件系统、无线遥控系统。采用PLC控制的防水板铺设机较传统的继电器控制方式更稳定、可靠,查找故障更加方便、准确。采用遥控器操作为主的操作模式,有利于工作人员在更准确的位置进行控制,将会有改善工作效率的作用。The conventional relay control manner adopted in the electrical system of the home-made waterproofing mem- brane laying machine has poor stability, poor reliability and poor operation flexibility. It is proposed in the paper that the waterproofing membrane laying machine should be equipped with PLC and remote control. The mechanical structure, e- lectrical hardware and software system and wireless remote control system of the new type of waterproofing membrane lay- ing machine are presented in detail. Compared to the waterproofing membrane laying machine equipped with the conven- tional relay control system, the new type of waterproofing membrane laying machine equipped with PLC control system is more stable and more reliable, is more convenient and accurate in finding out the fault and is more helpful for the operator＇s operation at the accurate positions.
