摘　　要：舞蹈作品创作是一个复杂而又"痛苦"孕育过程,是舞蹈创作思维与实践相结合的过程,是一种全方位内心体验与实际操作的"煎熬"。舞蹈创作是由"外"到"内"再到"外"的多次反复与实践的过程,是将客观生活转化成舞蹈编创者内心思想后,再转化成编创者主观意向,进而创作出为直接可观的舞蹈艺术。The creation of dance works is not only a complex and creative work with painful process, but also a process of combination of creative thinking and practice through a ＂ suffering＂ experience combined a full inner experience and the actual operation. Dance is created through an ＂outside - inside - outside process repeatedly which changes into a series of subjective intention after changing the objective life into dance innovations of those inner thoughts. In the end, it turns to be art of dance.
