摘　　要：构建了中心城市区域创新绩效评价指标体系,利用聚类分析法,从全国22个中心城市中选出10个具有代表性的典型中心城市作为比较研究对象,基于评价指标体系构建了DEA模型,对10个典型中心城市的创新绩效进行了比较分析。研究得出:阻碍我国中心城市区域创新发展的三类障碍是创新资源投入不足、区域创新结构不合理、创新资源投入过剩。最后提出推动我国中心城市区域创新的建议。This paper builds a evaluation index system of regional innovation performance of the central city,and selects 10 typical central cities as the research example from 22 central cities in China by the cluster analysis method. And then it constructs DEA model on the basis of this evaluation index system to compare and analyze the innovation performance of 10 typical central cities. It draws a conclusion that there are three kinds of impediment blocking the development of regional innovation of central cities,namely the lacking of innovative resources,the unreasonable regional innovation structure and the excess input of innovative resources. Finally, it proposes several suggestion for the development of regional innovation of central cities.
