摘 要:基于弹塑性非线性有限元理论,建立了渐变壁厚金属隔膜翻转变形的有限元模型。依据该模型,针对20L近半球形金属隔膜设计正交试验,以隔膜变形后的最大厚度差Δtm和变形过程中的最大偏转角βm两个指标评价隔膜的翻转能力,系统地研究了弹性模量、硬化指数和屈服强度等参数对其翻转性能的影响。研究结果表明,当弹性模量大于55GPa、屈服强度小于220MPa、硬化指数小于0.12时,20L金属隔膜能够实现稳定翻转;屈服强度是影响20L近半球形隔膜翻转能力最显著的因素,硬化指数与弹性模量次之。The numerical model of the near hemispherical metal diaphragm with varying thickness was established according to elastic-plasticity nonlinear finite element method(FEM).According to this model,an orthogonal experiment was designed to study the effects of hardening exponent,yield strength and elastic modulus on the inversion property of 20L near hemispherical metal diaphragm.The largest thickness reduction after inversing Δtm and the largest deflection angle during the deformation process βm are used to estimate the inversion property.The results show that the diaphragm can inverse steadily with the elastic modulus larger than 55GPa,yield strength less than 220MPa and the hardening exponent less than 0.12.It also indicates that yield strength is the most important parameter for the inversion property of 20L near hemispherical metal diaphragm,followed by hardening exponent and elastic modulus.
