摘　　要：本文通过对江苏省矿业权评估管理业务的分析与需求梳理,提出了电子政务框架下的矿业权评估系统的构建模式。基于电子政务平台构建矿业权评估系统,快速满足了矿业权评估管理业务的应用需要,转变了传统工作模式,拓展了电子政务建设内容,加快了依法行政的进程。By analyzing of Mining Right Appraisal at Jiangsu Province, and the needs of business volume of those, a new model of the system with the help of E-government information system has been highlighted at this paper. Based on the E-government information platform, the setting up of Mining Right Appraisal can respond quickly to the needs of the people who use this system, change the mode of traditional work, expand the content of E-government system, as well as accelerate the process of administration according to law
