新建本科院校系级教学管理体系制度化建设初探

摘　　要：制度化建设是新建本科院校提高和巩固教学质量的一个重要手段,因此,有必要建立统一的系级教学管理的基本规范。文章在对现有教学管理体系运行情况分析的基础上,提出:理顺管理体制,明确界定行政管理体系与学术管理体系的职责,提高教学管理决策层的科学性和合理性;明确各级教学管理人员的岗位职责,提高教学管理执行层的工作效率;建立全院统一的系级教学管理基本规范,提高教学管理协作层的管理效率。Institutional construction is an important means to improve and consolidate the teaching quality, so it is necessary to establish the basic norms of unified department - level teaching management in the newly - established universities. Based on the analysis of present teaching management system, this paper concludes the following points ： to improve the science and rationality of teaching management decision - making by streamlining the management system and clearly definition of the responsibilities of administrative and academic management system; to improve the efficiency of implementation - level through clearing the responsibilities of teaching management jobs; to improve the management efficiency of collaboration through establishing the basic norms of unified department - level teaching management.
