摘　　要：随着高校"服务社会"理念的深入人心,各地方高校都以"为本地区服务"作为自己的发展方向,地方高校图书馆除了做好基础服务外也以此为已任,加强地方文献资源建设,开发地方文献资源,最大限度满足用户对地方文献资源的需求,以服务地方经济文化发展。As the idea of ＂Universities serve socitety＂ penetrates people＇s minds, local universities take the ＂local regional service＂ as their development direction. Apart from the basic services, local university libraries also take this as their mission, strengthens the construction of local literature resource, exploit the local literature resource,to satisfy the needs of users to the local literature resource, and serve the local economic and culture development.
