摘　　要：目的探讨CT引导下经皮肺组织穿刺活检诊断肺部占位性病变的临床价值。方法在CT引导下,对52例肺占位经皮肺组织穿刺活检。结果 52例穿刺成功率100%,病理诊断恶性肿瘤42例,良性病变10例,术后咯血3例,未见气胸发生。结论 CT引导下经皮肺组织穿刺活检有助于肺部占位性病变的诊断,为临床进一步治疗提供依据。Objective To evaluate the clinical value of CT-guided percutaneous lung biopsy in diagnosis of pulmonary lesions. Methods CT- guided percutaneous lung biopsy was done in 52 cases of lung mass. Results The success rate was 100%, with pathological diagnosis of malignancy in 42 cases, benign lesions in 10 cases, postoperative hemoptysis in 3 cases. No pneumothorax occurred. Conclusion CT-guided percutaneous needle biopsy of lung tissue contributes to the diagnosis of lung lesions, provides the basis for the further clinical treatment.
