摘　　要：目的探讨介入放射病区护士生的护理安全隐患与对策。方法针对介入放射病区的护理特点及护士生的特点,分析容易引起介入放射病区护生发生护理缺陷、差错、事故的护理安全隐患,并制定相应的对策。结果通过教会护生做好介入术后穿刺点的护理、放射性粒子的防护、PICC管的护理、正确使用化疗药物及药盒注射的操作和护理;提高护生自我防范护理安全隐患的意识、护理文件书写水平、与病人及家属的沟通水平,可使护理缺陷、差错、事故减少。结论加强护生的介入放射专科理论、操作技术及制度的学习,重视护生的教学管理工作,可以减少护理缺陷、差错、事故。Objective Discuss the nursing potential hazard and countermeasures of probationer nurses in interventional area. Methods In the view of the interventional nursing specialties and the characteristic of probationers, the reasons of nursing potential hazard which was due to probationer nurses＇ defaults, mistakes, accidents in interventional area were analyzed, and the countermeasures were established. Results Nursing safety consciousness, nursing paper writing knowledge, the skill of communicating with patient and their families could be elevated by teaching probationers how to nursing the puncture point, defending radioactive particle, nursing the PICC and using chemotherapy medicine right and reservoir injection manipulation and nursing, so that can decrease the nursing default, mistakes, and accidents. Conclusion The nursing defaults, mistakes, accidents can be decreased by strengthening the specialty theory, manipulation technique, and system education, paying attention to the teaching management of probationer nurses.
