中晚期癌症患者经动脉药盒化疗联合静脉化疗的处理

摘　　要：目的总结中晚期癌症患者经动脉药盒化疗联合静脉化疗的护理处置体会。方法对54例中晚期癌症患者行经动脉药盒化疗联合静脉化疗的护理处置进行回顾性分析。结果 54例患者中出现药盒导管堵塞1例、药盒化疗药液和静脉化疗药液外渗各1例、药盒穿刺点渗血2例。结论对经动脉药盒化疗联合静脉化疗的中晚期癌症患者在护理处置上做到防止动脉药盒导管系统阻塞、防止化疗药物外渗、防止药盒穿刺点渗血的护理及化疗反应的对症护理,并做好生活护理和心理护理,可减少化疗的不良后果及减轻化疗不良反应。Objective To summarize the nursing experiences of vein combined with intra-arterial reservoir chemotherapy in end-stage cancer suffers. Methods It was retrospectively analyzed the 54 cases in end-stage cancer of vein combined with intra-arterial reservoir chemotherapy. Results There were 1 reservoir catheter blockage, 1 exosmosis of drug in vein and reservoir respectively, 2 errhysis in reservoir puncture point. Conclusion The prevention of port-catheter system（PCS） blockage, chemotherapy drug exosmosis, errhysis in reservoir puncture point in end-stage cancer suffers who are vein combined with intra-arterial reservoir chemotherapy, and the symptomatic treatment for chemotherapy reaction, the care of life and psychiatry, all of above can decrease the adverse reaction and the adverse results.
