摘　　要：杨名飏著《关中集》中蕴含丰富的民生思想,它深切地表达了杨名飏对人民生活、生存和发展的关怀。面对我国经济社会发展中日益凸显的民生问题,深入研究杨名飏的民生思想,对于我们当下树立以人为本的科学发展观、加快推进以改善民生为重点的社会建设具有重要的启示作用。Guanzhongji, a book rich with thoughts of people＇s livelihood, was written by YANG Mingyang. It unveils YANG＇s deep concern of common people＇s living, surviving and developing. As the problems of people＇s livelihood have been increasingly emerging in the course of domestic social and economic development, a fresh study of these thoughts are now an important revelation to the setting of human-centered scientific development outlook and the quick improving of peopele＇s livelihood as the key to social construction.
