论反腐败斗争中的人民群众监督机制及其完善

摘　　要：在我国反腐败斗争中具有重要作用的人民群众监督,是民主社会独有的一项治国战略。但目前还存在人民不懂监督、不能有效监督、不知道如何监督、不敢监督、不愿监督等诸多问题。解决这些问题必须进一步完善监督机制:推行公开办事制度,保障人民群众的知情权;改进公民举报制度,保障人民群众的参与权;强化舆论监督机制,保障人民群众的批评权;规范网络监督机制,开辟有效监督的新渠道。The masses surveillance which plays an important role in fighting against corruption is a unique country strategy in democratic society. At present there are various issues that people do not understand the supervision and can＇ t supervise effectively, don＇ t know how to supervise and don＇ t not dare to supervise and don＇ t like supervise. In order to solve these problems we must further improve surveillance mechanisms： Carrying out office system publicly to ensure the implementation of the masses. Improving report system to ensure participation rights of the people. Strengthening opinion supervision mechanism to ensure the criticism of the masses. Normalizing network supervision mechanisms to open the new effective supervision channels
