摘　　要：为实现公司信息化科学发展,需要制定一个高水平的信息化发展规划。遵循"自上而下、两级规划"的编制原则,基于SG-ERP所明确的基本架构,结合公司信息化建设的现有情况和公司业务发展需要、信息技术发展趋势,文章提出了浙江省电力公司信息系统规划方案,并制定了系统实施策略和计划,创造性地将国家电网公司"十二五"信息化规划落实,确保规划内容的科学性、范围的全面性以及蓝图的前瞻性。To achieve the scientific development of information technology, there is a need to make a high standard informationization planning. With the ＂from top to down, two levels of planning＂ principle, this paper puts forward a planning scheme of information system for Zhejiang Electric Power Company, and formulates the strategies and plans of system implementation. The proposed planning scheme is on the basis of the specific SG-ERP infrastructure and takes the company＇s current informationization situations, business development requirements and information technology trends into account, which corresponds with State Grid ＂the twelfth five-year＂ informationization planning and ensures planning content scientific, planning scope comprehensive and blueprint foresight.
