脊髓动静脉畸形的MRI诊断价值

摘　　要：目的评价MRI对脊髓动静脉畸形的诊断价值。方法分析近年来我院8例确诊动静脉畸形病例,全部病例均行MRI平扫及增强扫描。结果胸椎椎管内5例,腰椎椎管内3例,所有病例均为确诊病例,病灶MRI表现为串珠状,蚯蚓状流空影,沿脊髓长轴走行,3例短T2WI,长T1WI信号,2例等T2WI、等T1WI信号,3例混杂信号。相应脊髓节段增粗,部分病灶周围可见水肿表现,病灶增强扫描为轻中度强化。结论 MRI可以早期发现椎管内动静脉畸形,对其定性诊断具有很好的临床意义。Objective evaluation of the spinal cord MRI diagnosis of arteriovenous malformation.Methods 8 cases diagnosed in our hospital in recent years,arteriovenous malformations,all patients underwent plain and enhanced scan.Results Thoracic spinal canal in 5 cases,lumbar spinal canal in 3 cases,all cases were confirmed cases,MRI showed lesions beaded,worm-like flowing image,which was traveling along the long axis of the spinal cord,three cases of short T2WI,long T1WI signal,and 2 cases had the same signal of T2WI,and T1WI,3 cases had mixed signals.The corresponding spinal segment thickening,edema was seen around some of the lesion,the lesion enhanced scan showed mild to moderate enhancement.Conclusion MRI can be of spinal arteriovenous malformation early detection,diagnosis with good clinical significance.
