中越边境贸易政策对比及其启示

摘　　要：长期以来,中越边境贸易在两国边境地区经济、政治关系方面发挥着重要的作用,将中越边境贸易政策进行对比研究,对于促进中越边境贸易健康、持续地发展具有重要意义.文章阐述了中越对于边境贸易相关概念的界定,对两国的边境贸易政策构成,边境贸易的主体、管理形式、计价结算、管理部门等几个基本问题及优惠政策进行了对比,并对两国边境贸易政策的进一步完善得出相应启示及建议.For a long time,China-Vietnam＇s border trade has played an important role in economic and political relations,and it＇s important for the healthy and sustainable development to compare the two countries＇ border trade policies.The paper expounds the definition of border trade and its relative concepts in China-Vietnam,compares the policy constitutes,some basic issues,such as main body,mode of management,administration section,and the preferential policies between China and Vietnam.Finally,the paper gives some inspirations on improving the border trade policies in both countries.
