短柱八角的化学成分研究

摘　　要：为了综合开发利用云南省丰富的八角属植物资源,作为前期的基础研究,课题组对短柱八角的化学成分进行了研究.采用硅胶柱层析进行分离,用有机波谱学的方法进行结构鉴定.结果得到4个化合物,分别为:2α,3α-epoxy-himachal-7-ol(1)、2α,7-Dihydroxyhimachal-3-ene(2)、-胡萝卜苷(3)和β-谷甾醇(4),化合物1和化合物2为雪松烷倍半萜,所有化合物均是首次从该物种中分离得到.The column chromatographic methods were employed for the isolation and purification of the chemical constituents of Illicium brevistylum A.C.Smith.Four known conpounds were isolated and their structures were elucidated as 2α,3α-epoxy-himachal-7β-ol,2α,7β-Dihydroxyhimachal-3-ene,β-daucosterol and β-sitoserol respectively,based on their spectral datum and comparison with the literatures reported.All compounds were isolated from the plant for the first time.
