摘　　要：针对传统实验乙酸正丁酯的制备在教学中存在的问题进行改进,采用反应物乙酸过量的方法来提高反应收率,利用薄层色谱显色来监控反应过程。改进后的实验终点显示清楚,反应产率大幅度提高,取得了良好的教学效果。In this paper,the problems in the traditional experimental teaching method of ＂preparation of butyl acetate＂ are solved.We improve the yield by adding more acetic acid and control the reaction termination by using the thin layer chromatogram.An excellent experimental teaching effect has been obtained by applying the improved method into the undergraduate experiment teaching.
