摘  要:目的测定同一产地不同采收期丹参药材中丹参酮ⅡA及丹酚酸B的含量。方法以丹参酮ⅡA和丹酚酸B为定量评价指标,高效液相色谱法进行含量测定。结果 6批次丹参药材中丹参酮ⅡA质量分数为0.23%~0.36%,平均为0.29%;10批次丹参中丹酚酸B的质量分数为3.59%~4.48%,平均为3.97%。结论相同产地不同采收期丹参药材中丹参酮ⅡA及丹酚酸B的含量存在一定差异。Objective To compare the content of tanshinone II A and salvianolic acid B in Radix Salvia Mihiorrhiza from different harvest time planted in a same growing area. Methods The contents of tanshinone IIA and salvianolic acid B in Radix Salvia Mihiorrhiza were determined by HPLC on a C18 column,and the flow rate was 1 mL·min-1. The column temperature was 25 ℃ and the quantification used external standard method. The contents of tanshinone IIA were determined with methanol - water(75: 251 as mobile phase ,and the wavelength of UV detector was 270 nm. The contents of salvianolic acid B were determined with methanol -acetonitrile -formic acid -water (30: 10: 1:59) as mobile phase, and the wavelength of UV detector was 286 nm. Results The contents of tanshinone IIA were ranged from 0.23% - 0.36% and the average was 0.29%. The contents of salvianolic acid B were ranged from 3.59% - 4.48% and the average was 3.97%. Conclusion There was relatively large difference in the contents of tanshinone IIA and salvianolic acid B from different harvest time which were cultivated in a same growing area.
