原子吸收分光光度法测定磷酸氢钙片的溶出度

摘　　要：目的建立磷酸氢钙片溶出度的检查方法和测定方法。方法采用桨法,以0.1 mol.L-1盐酸溶液为溶出介质,转速为100 rpm,取样时间45 min,以原子吸收分光光度法在422.7 nm的波长处进行测定。结果磷酸氢钙的线性范围13.220～66.100μg.mL-1(r=0.998 3),平均回收率为101.7%。结论该方法准确、简便,适用于磷酸氢钙片的溶出度检查。Objective To establish a test and determination method of the dissolution of Calcium Hydrogen Phosphate Tablets by AAS. Methods Paddle method was adopted with 0. 1mol·L-1 hydrochloride acid solution as dissolution medium, the rotation speed of the paddle was 100 rpm. After 45 minutes the dissolution medium was taken and analyzed by AAS and the detection wavelength was 422.7 nm. Results The linear range of calcium hydrogen phosphate was 13. 220 - 66. 100 μg·mL-1（ r = 0. 998 3 ）. The average recovery was 101.7%. Conclusion The method was accurate,simple,can be used for the determination of dissolution of Calcium Hydrogen Phosphate Tablets.
