摘  要:设计一种广泛应用于铁路行业的三相电动机功率在线监测系统.它采用多参数电能采集芯片ATT7022作为数据采集和模块处理,以C8051F410为CPU,采用CAN总线结构通信方式,通过采集铁路道岔转辙机启动及工作过程中的电流、电压及功率,实现对工业场合三相电动机故障的在线监测.对其线性度、响应时间、精度、稳定性等性能的测试表明,该装置具有精度高、稳定性好、抗干扰能力强、性价比高等优点.This paper describes the design and implementation of an on-line monitoring system widely used in the railway industry.The system can detect three-phase electrical power by collecting the current and the power of railway bifurcated switch throughout its startup and working period.This scheme adopts the multi-parameter energy collecting chip ATT7022 for data collection and processing,and uses the chip C8051F410 as its CPU.All modules can communicate by means of CAN bus.The linearity,response time,stability and performance test show that the device has many advantages,such as high-precision,low-energy consumption and high ability of anti-interference.
