儿童漂浮肘损伤7例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨儿童漂浮肘损伤的治疗方法与效果。方法回顾性分析我院2007年1月—2010年6月收治的7例儿童漂浮肘损伤患者的临床资料。结果 7例全部获得随访,优3例,良3例,一般1例,优良率达85.7%.结论儿童漂浮肘损伤应根据损伤情况采用相应的治疗措施,对于骨折移位明显、复位困难者实施切开复位内固定可以获得较满意的治疗效果。Objective To investigate the treatment and prognosis for floating elbow of children. Methods Retrospecively analyzed the clinical data of 7 cases of ＂floating elbow＂ of children. Results all patients were followed up. There were 3 cases excellent, 3 good and 1 effect. The rate of good effect was 85.7%. Conclusion Treatment of floating elbow should be treated based on the patients condition. Open reduction and internal fixation is a effective treatment for severe floating elbow of children.
