鼻内镜下鼻中隔偏曲矫正术后两种鼻腔填塞物的填塞效果及舒适度比较

摘　　要：目的对凡士林及PVE医用海绵应用于鼻中隔偏曲矫正术后鼻腔填塞的效果和舒适度进行比较。方法观察125例单纯性鼻内镜下鼻中隔矫正术的患者,其中50例用凡士林纱条进行填塞(A组),75例用PVE医用海绵进行填塞(B组),比较两组鼻腔填塞后疼痛、鼻腔出血差异。结果 B组无疼痛率66.7%明显高于A组(10.0%),而重度疼痛发生率明显低于A组(P均<0.01);B组轻度出血占优势(70%vs40%,P<0.05),而A组中度出血占优势(50.0%vs25.3%,P<0.05);两组重度出血无差异(10%vs4%,P>0.05)。结论 PVE医用海绵是一种鼻中隔偏曲矫正术后理想的鼻腔填塞材料,患者疼痛和出血较轻,舒适度好,值得推广应用。Objective To compare the effect and comfort degree in two group patients plugged with vaseline cotton streak and PVE medical sponge after corrective procedure of nasal septum deviation. Methods All 125 nasal septum deviation patients received corrective procedure under nasal endoscope, and than were classified into A （ 50 cases ） and B （ 75 cases ） group, their nasal cavity been plugged with Vaseline cotton streak and PVE medical sponge respectively. Results The rate of no-pain of group B was higher than group A （ 66.7%vs10.0%, P 〈 0.01 ）, but the heavy pain rate were opposite the hyporrhea rate of group B were predominate than group A （ 70% vs 40%, P 〈 0.05 ）, but the middle bleeding rate were reverse. Conclusion PVE medical sponge is a ideal nasal cavity stampings after corrective procedure of nasal septum deviation, it is worth to utilize routinely.
