摘　　要：在信息化日新月异的今天,高校开始逐步建立以客户服务为中心的服务机制。以中国药科大学为例,分析运维管理平台对提高校园网的服务质量、降低运维成本方面起到的不可或缺的作用,讨论运维管理平台的建设原则和具体应用。Today,universities gradually establish a customer service-centric service mechanism.In this paper,China Pharmaceutical University,for example,illustrate the operation and maintenance of information technology management platform for the construction of the campus is required.Operation and maintenance of campus network management platform to improve the quality of service,reduce operating costs play an indispensable role.This paper will discuss the operation and maintenance management platform construction principles and specific applications.
