摘　　要：通过对高血压病的综合分析，引导高血压病患者和高危人群正确地认识高血压的危害，促使其重视高血压病。从对高血压病的正确认识，血压的控制，饮食、护理等多个方面对高血压患者进行健康教育。This paper led the hypertension patients and high-risk group to correctly understand the harm of hypertension and be care of it through the comprehensive analysis of hypertension. Health education was carried out for patients from the aspects of the correct understanding, control of blood pressure, diet, nursing, etc.
