摘  要:为给抗旱性的深入研究提供理论依据,采用盆栽法比较了3年生红皮云杉和嫩江云杉苗木在不同水分条件下几种内源激素的变化。结果表明:随着土壤含水量的降低(40%~12%),2种云杉根、茎、叶中的ABA含量都有上升的趋势,可达到对照的2~5倍,且嫩江云杉的上升幅度大于红皮云杉。在轻度甚至中度干旱时,红皮云杉IAA的含量有所上升,在严重干旱时IAA含量出现下降;嫩江云杉IAA含量基本呈下降趋势。2种云杉GA含量在干旱的过程中是下降的,但下降的幅度不大,干旱时仍可达到对照的90%以上,说明干旱对GA的影响不显著。2种云杉中的ZR含量在干旱的过程中显著下降,最低可降至对照的30%左右。对各种激素与气孔导度的相关分析结果表明,ABA、ZR和ABA/ZR在气孔调节中起到重要的作用。In order to provide theoretical basis for further study on drought resistance,changes on endogenous hormones of 3-year-old Korean spruce and Nenjiang spruce seedlings were studied under different water conditions by potting.ABA content in roots,stems and leaves increased with the reducing of soil moisture content,was 3-12 times higher than that of the control,and the increasing degrees of Nenjiang spruce were higher.IAA content of Korean spruce increased under slight or even medium drought stress and decreased under serious drought.IAA content of Nenjiang spruce showed downward trend as water content decreasing.GA also decreased,but the reduction was not very apparent,GA content could be 90% of control during water stress.It indicated that the effect of drought on GA was insignificant.ZR content decreased significantly with the reducing of soil moisture content,and it was only 30% of control under serious drought.The results showed that ABA,ZR and ABA/ZR played important role in stomatal regulation by analysising the correlation between the stomatal conductance and the endogenous hormones.
