摘 要:为了筛选出最适合短梗大参盆栽生长的常规栽培基质类型,通过对比盆栽试验,采用隶属函数分析方法,对短梗大参在不同栽培基质中的生长状况进行了比较研究。结果表明:短梗大参在不同栽培基质中的生长状况存在显著差异。方差分析结果表明,不同基质处理对短梗大参的苗高、茎粗、叶片数、叶片大小、主根根长、侧根的长度及数量有显著性影响;通过隶属函数方法,综合评价了不同基质对短梗大参生长的影响,其中最适合短梗大参生长的基质配方是园土+牛粪+珍珠岩,其次为园土+草炭+树皮+河沙和园土+牛粪+河沙。In order to select the most suitable conventional cultivation medium type of Macropanax rosthornii,growth status of M.rosthornii in different cultivation meida was compared by using pot experiment and was analyzed by membership function analysis method.The results showed that growth status of M.rosthornii had significant differences in different culture media.The results of variance analysis showed that plant height,stem diameter,leaf number,leaf size,taproot length,lateral root length and number of M.rosthornii had significant differences in different culture media.Effects of different culture media on growth status of M.rosthornii were comprehensive evalued by using membership function.The mixture of garden soil,dung and perlite was the most suitable for M.rosthornii growth matrix formula,and followed by the mixture of garden soil,peat,barkskin and river sand and the one of garden soil,dung and river sand.
