海船电子船员培养模式的分析

摘　　要：IMO召开的STW41届会议上完成了《1978年STCW公约2010年修正案(草案)》,草案中明确提出了对海船电子员和电子技工的强制要求。本文针对草案的具体要求,结合航海类院校的实际情况,对船舶电子电气工程专业适应公约修正案的可行性及教育模式进行了探讨和分析。41st session of Sub-Committee on Standards of Training and Watchkeeping（STW） of IMO has completed the DRAFT AMENDMENTS TO THE INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION ON STANDARDS OF TRAINING,CERTIFICATION AND WATCHKEEPING FOR SEAFARERS,1978,AS AMENDED,the Draft definitely give some obligatory demands to Electro-technical officer and Electro-technical rating.Aiming at the concrete requirements of the draft,based on the actual situation of maritime college,this study explores and analyzes the teaching mode and feasibility on meeting the draft amendments of marine electrical and electronic engineering.
