摘　　要：[目的]探讨重症药疹病人的临床护理措施。[方法]总结18例重症药疹病人的临床护理经验,护理措施包括:密切观察病情变化,做好皮肤、黏膜护理,指导合理饮食,预防感染和合并症,心理护理和健康教育等。[结果]18例病人均痊愈出院。[结论]重症药疹的护理重点在于皮肤黏膜护理、预防感染和合并症、营养支持及心理护理。Objective： It probed into measures of clinical nursing for patients with severe drug eruption. Method： It summarized experiences of clinical nursing care of 18 cases with severe drug eruption patients. Nursing measures for them included close observation of illness condition changes, good skin and mucosa nursing, guidance of rational diet, prevention of infection and complications,psychological nursing and health education. Result： All 18 patients had been healed and discharged. Conclusion：The focal points of nursing care for patients with severe drug eruption were skin and mucosa care, prevention of infection and complications, nutritional support and psychological nursing.
