摘　　要：[目的]探讨门诊儿童输液区工作中存在的不安全因素,采取有效的预防措施,以确保病人输液过程中的安全性,防止护理差错的发生。[方法]分析常见的儿童输液安全隐患,并采取了自制警示卡片、优化输液流程等措施以改进儿童输液区的工作质量。[结果]门诊输液质量得到了提高,病人的投诉和护理差错下降了。[结论]通过合理调配护理人力资源,优化输液流程,严格查对制度,应用警示卡片,有效减少了护理安全隐患,增加了患儿满意度。Objective：It probed into unsafe factors existing in the work of outpatient transfusion area for children. To take effective preventive measures ensure the patients＇ safety in the process of fluids transfusion and to prevent nursing errors from occurrence. Methods：It analyzed the common hidden risk factors in children accepting fluids transfusion. By taking self--made warning card, optimizing the transfusion process and other measures enhance the work quality of children fluids transfusion area. Results：The quality of outpatient transfusion has been enhanced. Both complaints of patients and nursing errors have been descended. Conclusion： Through the reasonable allocation of nursing human resources, optimizing the transfusion process, carrying out check system strictly, and applying warning card, it has effectively reduced the nursing safety hidden risk factors,and increased satisfaction patients.
