微型滴定指示剂用量的研究

摘　　要：微型化学实验的研究与应用已有20多年,它的特点就是使用微型仪器,并节约药品。我们探讨了微型滴定中指示剂用量对实验结果的影响,结果显示：微型滴定指示剂用量为常规实验用量的1/5~1/10时,实验结果依然可靠。Micro chemical experiment has been used in recent 20 years.It is characterial by the micro instrument and less reagent.The effect of amount of the indicator was studied on micro titrate.We can find that the amount of the indicator is reduced by a factor of 1/5~1/10,it can be reached accuracy demanded by routine analysis.
