摘　　要：目的探讨鼻翼畸形的手术治疗。方法自2002年以来共诊治11例鼻翼畸形患者,经过准确的测量与设计,应用"V"形切开,"V-Y"形缝合,矫正鼻翼塌陷、鼻小柱过短,用"◇"形切口矫正鼻小柱偏斜,鼻孔过大,""交错皮瓣矫正鼻孔偏小。结果 11例患者手术后效果满意,术后随访1年,鼻外形良好。结论根据鼻翼畸形的不同表现及不同的伴随状况,经过仔细测量与精心设计,选择合理的手术方法、灵活应用是获得良好效果的保证。Objective Explore the alar deformity surgery. Methods Since 2002,the diagnosis and treatment cases of patients with deformity is 11, after accurate measurement and design, the application of the＂ V - shaped＂ cut, ＂V - Y＂ form and correct the nosewing collapse, cor- rect the nose skewed with＂ Q＂ form incision,＂ I/l＂ staggered flap correct the nostrils too much smaller. Results After surgery, 11 patients with satisfactory effect and were followed up for 1 year, the appearance is good. Conclusion According to the different manifestations and alar deformity of the different with status, after careful measurement and elaborate design, the rational choice of.surgical method is to obtain good effect in the flexible application of guarantee.
