摘　　要：海岛统计调查是海岛开发、保护与管理的基础性工作,及时、准确了解和掌握我国海岛的资源、环境、经济、管理等情况,是加速海岛开发建设、加强海岛管理的向导,有利于各级政府、管理部门对我国海岛和海洋发展的宏观调控和战略指导,有利于我国海岛的可持续开发利用和保护。本文研究分析了海岛统计调查对我国海岛开发、海岛管理的作用及开展海岛统计调查的必要性,以全国海岛资源综合调查、海岛经济调查、国民经济统计调查指标为基础,结合我国海岛管理工作实际,研究构建了一套较为可行、全面的海岛统计调查指标体系,为国家建立完善海岛统计调查制度提供参考和借鉴。island survey island is the basic work of island development, conservation and management, timely, accurate understanding and knowledge of our island＇s resources, environment,economics, management, etc., is the wizard of accelerating the development and construction of the islands, and strengthening the islands management, which will help all levels of government strengthen marine macro-control and strategic guidance, management of the development of our islands, and help our island＇s sustainable development, utilization and protection. The paper analyzed the role and importance of the China＇s island survey for the island development and management. Based on ＂the national comprehensive survey of island resources＂, ＂the island economic survey＂ and ＂the national economic survey indicators＂, the paper set up a little more feasible and comprehensive Statistic index system of islands combined with the work of island management, to provide reference for the government setting up the perfect national island statistical investigation system.
