摘 要:以小麦细胞质雄性不育系及其保持系和恢复系为材料,利用2D-PAGE对T型小麦细胞质雄性不育系(T-CMS)、保持系、恢复系的叶片和胚根的蛋白质组中的差异蛋白进行分析。PDQuest 2D图像软件分析结果表明,苗期叶片和胚根中都约有500个斑点。从总体看,在不育系、保持系和恢复系之间蛋白质谱型较为接近。其中有2个斑点在不育系中出现,而在保持系和恢复系中消失,认为这两种蛋白是不育相关的特异蛋白。By using 2D-PAGE to analyze the differential proteins in proteome of radicle and leaf from T-cytoplasmic male sterility (T-CMS) line and its maintainer line and restorer line. The analysis results from PDQuest 2D image software indicated that there were about 500 protein spots in leaf and radicle of wheat in seedling stage. In general, CMS line, maintainer line and restorer line have similar protein patterns, in which, two protein spots appeared in the CMS line but disappeared in the maintainer line and restorer line. Therefore, it can be believed that these two proteins associate with specific proteins of infertility.
