摘  要:研究铅(Pb2+)和铬(Cr3+)单一及复合污染对小麦幼苗生理特性的影响。结果表明:单一低浓度处理时促进叶绿素含量增加,高浓度时叶绿素含量降低,复合污染时叶绿素含量总体低于对照。相对电导率随处理浓度的提高而上升。L-脯氨酸含量表现为先升高后降低,并且明显高于对照,复合污染对幼苗的毒害程度大于单一污染。The impacts of single pollution of Pb^2+and Cr^3+ and their combined pollution on physiological characteristics of wheat were studied. The results showed that the content of leaf chlorophyll increased at low concentration of the single pollution and reduced at high concentration of the single pollution; the content of leaf chlorophyll was overall lower than the control in combined pollution. Relative conductivity increased with increasing concentration of heavy metals. L-proline content increased first and then decreased, and it was significantly higher than that of control. The toxicity of combined pollution was more serious than that of the single pollution to the wheat seedlings.
