摘  要:以圆叶青,黔桂,海岛3种苎麻为材料,研究了这3种苎麻叶片对苎麻夜蛾幼虫体长、体重的影响,以测定3个品种对苎麻夜蛾的抗性,还测定了3种苎麻叶片的水分、游离氨基酸、可溶性糖、总酚、单宁和草酸含量,分析了这些成分含量与苎麻抗性的关系。结果表明:3个苎麻品种对苎麻夜蛾幼虫体长、体重变化具有明显的影响,幼虫体长和体重均为圆叶青苎麻>海岛苎麻>黔桂苎麻,且差异显著;3个苎麻品种叶片的含水量和主要化学成分含量存在显著差异,不同化学成分与苎麻对夜蛾的抗性关系明显不同,其中总酚、单宁、草酸的含量与植株对苎麻夜蛾的抗性呈正相关,而氨基酸和可溶性糖含量与苎麻抗性关系不明显。The impacts of Yuanyeqing ramie leaf, Qiangui ramie leaf and Haidao ramie leaf on body length and weight of Cocytodes coerulea larva were studied to determine the resistance of the three varieties to Cocytodes coerulea; meanwhile, the contents of water and some chemical compositions, such as free amino acids, soluble sugars, total phenols, tannins and oxalic acid in leaves of three ramie varieties were measured to analyze the relationship between contents of these chemical compositions and resistance of ramie, The resuhs showed as follows: (1) The body length and weight of Cocytodes coerulea larva significantly influenced by these three varieties of ramie, and the order was Yuanyeqing ramie〉Haidao ramie〉Qiangui ramie. (2) The contents of water and some chemical compositions in leaves of three ramie varieties displayed significant differences, and the relativity between different chemical compositions and resistance of ramie to Cocytodes coerulea showed distinctly dift^rence. There was a positive correlation between the contents of total phenols, tannins and oxalate in ramie leaves and the resistance of ramie to Cocytodes coerulea; while there was no obvious correlation between the contents of amino acid and soluble sugar in ramie leaves and the resistance of ramie to Cocytodes coerulea.
