摘 要:根据2010年3月和5月2个航次对南澳岛龙须菜海藻场游动物结构特征的调查资料,比较分析海藻场及附近海域浮游动物的物种组成、优势种、栖息密度、生物多样性指数和均匀度。结果表明:两次调查共鉴定出80个种,本底调查有52个种,跟踪调查有67个种;试验海域和对照海域平均生物量分别为(221.67±50.44)mg/m3和(145.00±68.74)mg/m3;试验海域和对照海域平均栖息密度分别为(335.00±38.27)ind/m3和(179.83±49.17)ind/m3;试验海域浮游动物栖息密度和生物量均高于对照海域。试验海域与对照海域的优势种也出现明显差异,试验海域优势种7种,对照海域3种。试验海域与对照海域生物多样性指数(H′)平均值分别为4.760 0±0.046 2和4.206 7±0.241 3,均匀度指数平均值分别为0.90±0.014 3和0.880 0±0.017 3,试验海域均略高于对照海域。显然,龙须菜藻场构建后对浮游动群落结构产生了明显的影响。Based on two cruises of survey data on structure characteristics of zooplankton in bed of Gracilaria /emane/form/s in March and May 2010, the species composition, the dominant species, the inhabiting density, the biodiversity index and the evenness of zooplankton between bed of Gracilaria lemaneiformis and near waters were comparatively analyzed. The results indicated that a total of 80 species were collected and identified through two investigations, among them, there were 52 species in background survey and 67 species in tracking investigation; the average biomass was (221.67±50.44) mg/m3 in experimental waters and (145.00±68.74) mg/m3 in control waters; the average inhabiting density was (335.00±38.27) ind/m3 in experimental waters and (179.83±49.17) ind/m3 in control waters; therefore, inhabiting density and biomass of zooplankton in experimental waters were higher than that in control waters. The dominant species in experimental waters and in control waters had obvious difference that there were seven dominant species in experimental waters, but only three dominant species in control waters. The average biodiversity index of zooplankton (H') in experimental waters and control waters were 4.760 0±0.046 2 and 4.206 7±0.241 3, respectively; the average evenness of zooplankton in experimental waters and control waters were 0.90±0.014 3 and 0.880 0±0.017 3, respectively; therefore, the biodiversity index and evenness of zooplankton in experimental waters were slightly higher than that in control waters. It can be concluded that the construction of bed of Gracilaria lemaneiformis had obviously influences on community structure of zooplankton.
