摘 要:按照土壤中大于2mm砾石含量设置了7个不同处理的土壤种植烤烟,研究土壤砾石含量与烟叶生理指标的关系,结果表明:轻砾石土壤植烟的烟叶叶绿素含量较高,光合能力较强,过氧化氢酶及超氧化物歧化酶含量均较高,且旺长期叶片中含有较高水平促进烟株生长的内源激素,更有利于烤烟生长。This paper studied the relationship between the gravelly content in soil and tobacco physiological indicators by setting 7 different treatments according to the content of gravel bigger than 2 mm in the soil.The results indicated that the tobacco leaf which grew in the light gravelly soil had higher chlorophyll content,stronger photosynthetic capacity,higher catalase and superoxide dismutase content,and also had higher endogenous growth hormone content which could improve the growth of tobacco plants in flourishing growth period.
