摘 要:研究了菏泽市苏家村饮用水中F、Ca、Cu、Fe、Mo、Zn含量与地氟病的关系。结果表明:苏家村7~13岁儿童氟斑牙患病率为95%,水中氟平均含量为3.79 mg/L;沙山寺村儿童氟斑牙患病率为2%,水中氟平均含量为1.03 mg/L。因此苏家村儿童氟斑牙患病率高主要由饮用水中氟含量严重超标所致。此外饮用水中Ca、Mo会抑制人体对氟元素的吸收,从而降低氟斑牙的患病率;而Cu、Fe、Zn含量对当地氟斑牙的发生影响不明显。The relationship between drinking water quality and endemic fluorosis in Sujia village of Heze city was studied.The results showed that the rate of dental fluorosis of 7-13-year-old children in Sujia village was 95%,and the average fluorine content in the drinking water of this village was 3.79 mg/L,which were 2% and 1.03 mg/L in Shashansi village respectively.So the high morbidity of children's dental fluorosis in Sujia village was mainly caused by the serious standard-exceeding of fluorine content in the drinking water.Furthermore,the elements Ca and Mo in the drinking water could restrain human body to absorb fluorine,and reduce the morbidity of dental fluorosis.The content of Cu,Fe and Zn in the drinking water had no obvious effects on the occurrence of endemic fluorosis.
