茎芥菜胞质四倍体白菜雄性不育系及保持系生理生化特性研究

摘　　要：对茎芥菜胞质四倍体不结球白菜雄性不育系4x MtCMS及其保持系不同发育阶段的花蕾、花和薹叶生理生化特性进行研究。结果表明:4x MtCMS花及花蕾中可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖、脯氨酸含量均显著低于相应保持系;而丙二醛(MDA)含量高于保持系,为保持系的1.72倍;花蕾中SOD活性4x MtCMS高于保持系;除大花蕾中4x MtCMS CAT活性显著低于保持系外,其它花蕾中POD、CAT活性均是4x MtCMS高于相应保持系;4x MtCMS薹叶中可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖、脯氨酸含量与保持系无显著差异,MDA含量、POD、SOD、CAT活性4x MtCMS均低于保持系;POD、SOD、EST同工酶电泳结果显示4x MtCMS与保持系间存在8条差异带,保持系同工酶酶谱条带比4x MtCMS丰富。The author studied the physiological and biochemical characteristics of the buds,flowers and flowering leaves at different growth and developmental stages of tetraploid MtCMS line and its maintainer line in Chinese cabbage.The results showed that the contents of soluble protein,soluble sugar and proline in the buds and flowers of tetraploid MtCMS line were significantly lower than those in its maintainer line,while the MDA content in tetraploid MtCMS line was 1.72 times of that in the maintainer line.The activity of SOD in the buds of tetraploid MtCMS line was higher than that in maintainer line.The activities of POD and CAT in the buds of tetraploid MtCMS line were significantly higher than those in its maintainer line,except that the activity of CAT in the large buds of tetraploid MtCMS line was significantly lower than that in its maintainer line.The contents of soluble protein,soluble sugar and proline in the flowering leaves of tetraploid MtCMS line had no significant differences from those in the maintainer line,while the MDA content and the activities of POD,SOD,CAT in tetraploid MtCMS line were lower than those in its maintainer line.There were eight different bands between tetraploid MtCMS line and its maintainer line in electrophoretic analysis of POD,SOD and EST isozymes,but there were more isozyme zymogram bands in the maintainer line.
