摘  要:以湖南烟区主栽烤烟品种云烟87为材料,测定了3个等级(B2F、C3F和X2F)共计27个样品的成熟度和评吸指标得分,采用相关分析和线性回归分析等方法,分析了成熟度与评吸质量指标的相互关系。结果表明:(1)成熟度与劲头和浓度为显著相关,与香气质、香气量、杂气、余味和总分均达到极显著相关水平,与刺激性没有显著相关关系;(2)湖南烤烟成熟度与评吸质量指标所建立起来的回归方程为Y^=-1.465-1.064X1+1.029X2+0.206X3+0.318X4-0.0898X5-0.266X6+0.515X7+0.745X8,表明成熟度与劲头、杂气和刺激性负相关,与其他指标均呈现正相关关系。This paper analyzed the correlation between maturity and smoking quality indexes of mainly-cultivated flue-cured tobacco variety Yunyan 87 in Hunan province by correlation and regression analysis,and determined the maturity and smoking quality scores of 27 samples with 3 different quality grades(B2F,C3F,X2F).The results showed that:(1) The maturity was significantly correlated with physiological strength and concentration(P0.05),and extremely significantly correlated with aroma quality,aroma quantity,undesirable taste,after-taste and total scores(P0.01),but it had no significant correlation with biting taste.(2) The regression equation between the maturity and smoking quality indexes of Yunyan 87 was constructed as follows: =-1.465-1.064X1+1.029X2+0.206X3+0.318X4-0.0898X5-0.266X6+0.515X7+0.745X8,and it indicated that the maturity had negative correlation with physiological strength,undesirable taste and biting taste,and had positive correlation with other indexes.
