摘　　要：综述了水稻耐储藏性能的评价指标、影响水稻耐储性的内外因素以及水稻耐储藏基因的定位、发掘和利用研究进展,并展望了今后水稻耐贮藏研究的方向。This article summarizes the research progresses in the evaluation indexes of rice storability,internal and external factors affecting rice storability,and location,exploration and utilization of rice storability genes,and looks forward the research direction of rice storability in the future.
